Age VerificationUnder no circumstances will Depot 53 sell airsoft guns to minors. In order to purchase any replica firearm (spring, gas, or electric airsoft gun) from Depot 53, you must be 18 years of age or older. Before we can complete and ship any order, you must verify by telephone that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you MUST have your parents' permission, and they must call to verify their age and acknowledge they are your legal guardian. To verify you meet Depot 53's age requirements, please contact us toll free at 888-351-6494, between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. When you call please have your order number handy. This number can be found on the Order Confirmation e-mail you receive after the transaction is completed. Because Depot 53 products have been imported into the United States, all non-licensed trademarks have been removed and as required by Federal law, guns come with a blaze orange tip. PaymentDepot 53 accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks payable in U.S. dollars issued by U.S. banks. Our preferred method of payment is via credit card. Due to the increase in credit card fraud, the ‘ship to’ address on all credit card orders must match the billing address for the card. Once you click ‘Check Out’, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your method of payment. Depot 53 accepts the following forms of electronic payment: American Express In order to process your credit card, we require the following information: Order number As soon as your credit card payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email receipt for your records. For check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order transactions, please make the item payable to D-53, Inc. and send it to: Depot 53 All funds must clear our bank before an order is shipped. For personal checks this process normally takes 7 to 10 days. You can wire funds from your bank account directly to Depot 53. An additional $10 bank fee must be added to your order total if paid by bank wire transfer. If you’d like to use this method of payment, e-mail us for our wire transfer instructions. Corporate AccountsDepot 53 credit accounts are available for qualified companies and government agencies. To establish an account, please download a New Customer Application Package from this link, complete all the information and return it via fax to (214) 654-9980. Our standard terms are Net 30. Once an account is established, Depot 53 accepts Purchase Orders via fax at (214) 654-9980 that meet the following criteria: PO number Order ProcessingOrders are processed immediately when received during normal business hours. Items in stock normally ship the same business day if paid by a credit card, or PayPal. Out of stock and special order items will be processed as soon as they arrive. Items paid for by Money Order are shipped upon receipt. Orders paid Cashier's Check or Money Order are held until the check clears our financial institution (usually 7 to 10 days). Out Of Stock & Special Order ItemsItems in our online catalog show up as In Stock, On Back Order, or Special Order. Availability will vary depending on the type of item you ordered. Products marked as Special Order usually take about 2-4 weeks to process. If you place an order for any item currently unavailable, we will contact you with details on availability and modify the order to accommodate your needs. Cancellation of a special order item is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Please note that special order items can take from 2-6 weeks to be delivered, and in some rare cases longer. Please contact us for current availability of an item prior to special ordering if delivery time is an issue. ShippingAll Depot 53 orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship UPS 2nd day, or Next Day Air Saver. Saturday delivery is available upon request, for an additional $15. Because UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, please be certain to provide a street address for your order. Orders are ONLY shipped upon reciept of full payment. Shipping CostsAs you shop our site calculates shipping costs based on your order’s weight and ‘ship to’ location. To calculate shipping, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and click ‘Check Out’. At the next screen, provide your zip code, and the system will show shipping options and the calculated cost. ReturnsItems (not including Close-Out & Demo products) may be returned within 7-days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition with all original packaging and manuals. BB's, gas, springs, and electronic parts (including batteries) are not returnable. All Close-Out and Demo product sales identified by the following copy on the Product Detail Page, 'All Depot 53 Close-Out item sales are final. NO RETURNS' are not eligible for return or exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns (for items sent back not due to an error on our part) and shipping charges are not refundable. Cost of sending the product(s) back to us is also not covered in our Warranty and Return Policy. WarrantyDepot 53 offers a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturer's defects on most items we sell. GBB magazine seals, BB's, gas, springs, and electronic parts (including batteries) are not covered by warranty. Additionally, products identified by the following copy on the Product Detail Page, 'NOTE: This product does NOT come with a warranty' are not eligible for warranty repair. Only unmodified guns with orange tips and safety labels intact will be accepted for warranty claims. Warranty does not cover misused, abused, or items without the legally-required blaze orange tip. Items which do not have a blaze orange tip will be discarded immediately! Internal modification, removal of safety labels, and/or AEG's that have fired BB's under .20g, or above .25g also void all warranties. Specifically the following customer usage and care items void your Warranty:
Parts and labor will be provided by Depot 53, however shipping to and from our location for a warranty claim is the responsibility of the buyer. Depot 53, at its sole discretion, shall determine whether to repair, or replace a product returned for warranty claim. Depot 53 also reserves the right to determine what constitutes unreasonable or excessive wear and tear, or improper use. If other, non-gun items are found to have a manufacturer defective after use, but within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the item with the same, or comparable product if original item is not available. Opened and/or used items are eligible for exchange only. We will NOT replace items damaged by improper assembly or use. Completed warranty items unclaimed after 30 days following the completion of repairs will be considered forfeit by the customer, and disposed of by D-53, Inc. in a manner it deems appropriate. Depot 53 will not be held responsible for any damages or expense incurred from the sale or use of its products. Return/Warranty AuthorizationAll returns and warranty claims must be AUTHORIZED by Depot 53 and include a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA email customerservice@depot53.com for instructions and approval of all returns and/or warranty claims. Unauthorized Returns not meeting the above condition requirements will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
